I made this dress back in the summer to wear to a lolita meet up. It has a halter neck line with scallop and lace trim. The bodice has lace trim as well. The back is shirred and there is a detachable waist tie. The front bow was detachable, but I decided to hand sew it down since I like the way that looks better.
